As of now, there are no publication fees in effect until further announcement.
The process of publication can have a varying timeline and is based on the order of submissions received. After a submission passes the Editorial Desk Review, it will be sent for peer review. The review outcome is dependent on the availability of reviewers and their review response times, and can take an estimated 2 to 4 months for the editor and reviewers to complete the review process.
